There are many ways to treat our chronic feelings of unease that do not include a medication or someone else’s intervention.  Yet, we don’t typically focus on self treatment options, often feeling they aren’t good enough or easily sustainable. Choosing simple activities we can do each day can help keep us stay centered and happier.
