Feel Don't Fix

If I work harder, if I just stay up late to get this done, if I just go faster.. We often jump into a mindset of taking more personal responsibility, and try to do more to get through systematic, consistent problems in life. And equally, we ignore the overwhelm in our emotions. However, this leads to burnout and does not actually fix our problems.
