In this lesson, we list the top five triggers most people are affected by.  What are my primary triggers (people, experiences or things) today that upset me?

Do I notice how I react to myself after I’ve been triggered?

Using the example that immediately came to mind, jot down the exact trigger, and how I know I have been triggered.

And what is the story I tell myself before, during and after I’ve been triggered?
